The WiseTime App will track your activity when the app is running.
If you want to pause logging you can do so by clicking the right-hand drop down of WiseTime is running. You can then select from the drop down how long you’d like to pause the WiseTime Desktop App.

The Pause till tomorrow option will allow WiseTime to automatically resume at the set time the next day. You can set the time that you'd like WiseTime to resume, refer to the General App Preferences for this.

The Pause indefinitely option will stop recording your activity until you have manually resumed it again.
Once you have paused WiseTime, confirmation of successful pause is shown by the change of logo. It is important to note that while WiseTime is paused, no time entries will be collected.
The app logo indicates the status of the app.
- On Windows & Linux the app icon will show as:
(active),
(paused),
(inactive)
- On Mac, the app icon will show as:
(active),
(paused),
(inactive)
When you are ready, you can select 'Resume' to unpause the application and to have time automatically captured. The WiseTime app icon will update to show that it is active.
