Your subscription and payment method to WiseTime is all managed from the Team Settings.
Team Managers and User Admins will have access to this area to review your current subscription, update your payment method and cancel your subscription.
Management of Subscription
To review or change your subscription, go to Team Settings (1) and under the SUBSCRIPTIONS & PLANS heading click here (2).
You will then be directed to your Subscription where you can manage everything that you need too. This will show you:
- How many seats are being used.
- The cost per seat and the total cost of the seats.
- Where you can add or remove any seats
- Payment method and updating your payment details
- Cancel subscription at anytime - all Team data will be removed from our systems immediately, please be sure you want to cancel.
Update Payment Method
If you need to change the card details for your WiseTime subscription, you can update this at any time within your Team Settings (1) and by clicking on Update Payment Method (2) and Cancel Subscription (3).
As noted above, you can update your payment method where you manage your subscription as well.
You will be directed to a new screen where you can update your payment details and submit this against your account. We recommend utilising an Accounts email type in order to ensure your invoices and receipts are sent to a centralised mailbox rather than an individual person.
