Your private Summary can be located along the left side bar of your Timeline. The Summary provides an overview of three areas: hours tracked (1), top tags used (2) and your top applications (3). The information is gathered from your Timeline, and is completely private to you.
This Summary allows you to review how much time you are posting each day, your top tags (which may correspond to cases/matters depending on your connected system) and the frequency with which you use various applications.
Setting the Date Range
By default, your Summary page date range shows the current day that you are working in. You can set the period of time you would like to review from the drop-down menu at the top right of the page. Changing the date range will amend all of the data across the three overview reports.
Time Tracked in Period
The Time Tracked in Period section shows a horizontal bar graph comparing your total hours, hours posted and hours that remain unposted within a specified period.
Vertical graphs also provide a breakdown for each day of the week within the period. Hover over each of the coloured columns to see how many hours have been posted and hours unposted. This feature helps understand how you are tracking in a day.
Top Tags in Period
The Top Tags in Period demonstrates the top tags you have allocated your time against within the set period. This feature allows you to review (depending on your date range) which tasks you are spending your time on most.
Top Apps in Period
Top Apps in Period shows a pie graph distribution of the applications you are using most frequently. Apps may also include the activity type allocations selected when adding manual time, such as 'Phonecall' or 'Travel'. This feature can help you understand where you are spending most of your time, help evaluate your productivity and provide insight into your work style and system set up.
