Our AI powered feature, NarrateGPT, makes it even faster to turn your time information into invoices. With one click, we create a formally written, descriptive narrative of your time, which is then sent to your PMS or billing system to accompany your time entry.
We initially began using a machine learning model to improve the way your timeline activities are matched to the correct case or client from your PMS or billing system. You can find out more about our first AI tools here.
The NarrateGPT feature is currently in public preview, and we invite clients to participate in trying out the new feature. We welcome any feedback on this feature at support@wisetime.com.
How does it work?
You can use NarrateGPT to (1) generate (or re-generate) a narrative on a single timesheet entry or (2) turn it on to automatically populate the narrative field each time you create a timesheet entry from the timeline.
NarrateGPT uses the detailed information captured in your timeline activity to summarise the work performed. A draft narrative will be created for you based on the time rows selected. You can also click on the ‘AI’ button again if you wish to re-generate a variation of this narrative, or you can edit it as you see fit. This is particularly useful if have added additional rows from timeline to an existing timesheet entry.
